Celebrating Our Team: Employee Rewards & Lucky Draw at Boyi

At Boyi, we believe that every achievement is built on the dedication and hard work of our team.

Behind every custom notebook, sticky note, notepad, and packaging box are employees who work carefully every day—from production and quality inspection to sales, design, packaging, and shipping.

To recognize everyone’s efforts and bring more fun and excitement to the workplace, we recently organized an Employee Reward & Lucky Draw Event.

Hard Work Deserves Recognition

The lucky draw was more than just a chance to win a prize. It was our way of saying “Thank You” to the people who contribute to Boyi every day.

As the winning names were announced one by one, the event was filled with smiles, applause, and excitement.

Some employees went home with special prizes, but the most valuable part of the event was seeing everyone enjoy the moment together.

Creating a Positive Workplace

We believe a good workplace is not only about completing orders and meeting delivery schedules.

It should also be a place where employees feel appreciated, respected, and motivated.

Activities such as employee rewards, lucky draws, team celebrations, and holiday gifts help us create a stronger sense of belonging and make our daily work more enjoyable.

A happy and responsible team also helps us provide more stable production, better communication, and reliable service to our customers.

Growing Together With Boyi

For more than 18 years, Boyi has continued to grow in the custom paper products industry. Behind that growth is a team of people working toward the same goal.

We appreciate every employee who contributes their time, skills, and energy to the company.

Work hard, celebrate together, and grow together.

Congratulations to all our lucky winners, and thank you to every member of the Boyi team!

There will always be more achievements to celebrate—and maybe more surprises waiting in the next lucky draw.
